I ask where she got her name.
"I was originally Regan," Anthony says. "Regan was what my parents were going to name to me. And the Anthony came from a very good friend of mine who got me in the business. I had to pick a second name so I chose that as a last name."
Anthony was a house and feature dancer for four years at the Deja Vu in Tampa and established everything she needed to establish in that field, she says.
"I wanted to try something new and do the porn thing," she explains. "I did a little pro-am thing. It was cool. I did it with my husband. Then I decided I wanted to do another guy. Once I did that, I decided I wanted to be a big porn star. I'm on my way there, but I've only been out here about four or five months."
Anthony, who's been married for five years, will tell you the scene she shot with the other guy was probably the best scene she's ever shot. "I had to break it to my husband," she laughs. "I think it was the fact that I got to do another guy after holding off for so long. It was very intense- put it that way." Pressed to come up with her partner's name, Anthony can't at the moment then remembers it was Brett Rockman.
"It wasn't so much the guy as the fact that it was another guy," she laughs. "It was Brett Rockman. I sound like a dumb ass. There's been a lot of guys since then but it was very intense. I don't know if it was really him or not. It was the fact that I was doing it in front of the camera. I got off on it." Plus the fact that Rockman has a very big dick.
"I enjoy that," says Anthony. "That's another interesting thing. It's easier to have sex on film with the bigger dicked men. I think it's the fact that you don't have to work so hard. I know for the little guys, the scene's, like, I'm doing a lot more of the work. I asked around to other girls in the business and they say the same thing. It's a little bit harder on you. You have to perform more. I've also talked to Tyler [Faith] about that. She agreed with me."
Anthony's enjoying the business and things are starting to pick up for her.
"Actually it's harder than I thought getting into the bigger movies," she says. "I thought it would be really easy but it's not that easy. You do your little stuff and you work up to it. You get to know people. It's all about knowing people, too," she adds. "I found that out." Anthony is currently repped by Dick Nasty and Nasty Modeling.
Anthony also mentions that she was something of a wild child growing up.
"I was doing my own little thing," she points out. "I did whatever I wanted to do. I studied to be a dancer/theatre person. I'm kind of in my roots but just on a different level. I kind of got bored with all that." Anthony was a pretty serious student until about her second year of college, she says.
"I was a well trained dancer. I was a dork for that kind of stuff, but college messed me up," she laughs.
"I joined the sorority life and the party life and kind of started doing the party thing," she continues. "Bad, bad, bad. I partied a little too much. But I had lost my virginity many years before that. The first time ever was with a woman- but that little experimentation led me to want to try guys. So I lost it when I was about 13- that was pretty young but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The guy was 17. He was a friend of the family. Still to this day they don't know.
"We were doing the make-out thing," Anthony goes on to say. "As a child I developed earlier so I had the body parts and he was very attracted to me. He was down eating me out and it was great. This was out in the woods. We went for a walk and ended up in the woods. It was one of those very intense things being on the ground and in the dirt. It's funny because ever since my first experience with a girl I was always into sex. Every experience for me is that same way- very intense. We started kissing and he started feeling me up a little bit. And then we fell over in the dirt. It's gross when you think about it because now I'm really clean. But I was young and it was kind of cool. I immediately got dripping wet. I'm always game to try any thing."
Anthony also worked at Disney World for four years.
"I was a character which makes it even more funnier," she laughs. "I was Mickey Mouse- you never know what's underneath the costume. I played other characters, too, but that was the major one. What was funny, in the last two years I worked there, I danced at night in a strip club." Anthony also portrayed Tinkerbell and Pooh Bear at Disney World.
"I gave all that up to do this! That's kind of a humorous story. it's totally the opposite ends of the spectrum."
While Anthony still feature dances, it's coming second, now, to her porn career.
"The thing about being a feature dancer is that it's a new place, new scenery every week," Anthony says. "But then you're in a new environment and you have to get to know the whole atmosphere of the club. Each week is a different place and I tend to adapt really well with that. But there can be some cattiness at the different places and a lot of haters among the features."
"You mean to say they'll tie your panties in a knot when you're not looking?" I ask her.
"House girls tend to get jealous because they think that features are out to take all their money," says Anthony. "It is true in a way; but, in a way, the features are to help out the house girls, too- to bring in more money. It's a big circle- you're supposed to watch out for each other's back, but a lot of strippers don't understand that whole philosophy."
Anthony thinks she probably got taken advantage of more as a feature dancer than as a porn performer.
"I think I learned from that," she said. "They're just nasty over there. I haven't had that problem in porn. But I also have a lot of good friends in the business who helped me through, too, to stay away from those kinds of people."
The best piece of advice she could give about working in porn, says Anthony, is not allowing yourself to be forced into a corner.
"If you're uncomfortable with something, you don't have to do it," she advises. "I've been put in that kind of situation- it was something that could have turned out bad but it didn't." Because she's built like a Max Hardcore girl, I asked Anthony if she did any scenes with him. She says no.
"He's chased me down for a good while," she laughs. "I'm not into that."
"You mean you'd object to someone pissing in your ass?" I ask her.
"Yeah," she replies. "That's to a level where it's not sexy to me. It's just not attractive to me. You have to be into it a little bit when you do a scene to make it look real. I'm not one of those who does it just for the pay. I actually enjoy my job. Check that out. I shot with one guy- I'm not going to mention his name. I started the scene and we actually never finished. I had to stop because I was not into the guy. And the company was really cool. They ended up finding a new guy. They said you really don't look comfortable and we want the scene to be good. And that was the first time it actually happened to him so he was kind of shocked by it. He did not turn me on. He was making these faces and stuff the whole time. he looked like a monkey to me. I went to the director and told him this is not going to work for me. The director said, yeah, we can see this. So it worked out good. But that's the thing I'm saying that you don't have to do the things you don't want to."
Anthony is currently "hoteling it" until next month, she says. ""Then I officially move out here. I'm making the roots here." For now, Anthony's ready to do a big shoot with Adam & Eve. "That's a big thing for me," she says. "I want to be a contract girl for them. From that big shoot happening they're kind of looking at me to make that decision whether I'm contract girl-worthy. So that's kind of a cool thing happening. There's a few shoots going here and there, but that's the big thing for now."
Although Anthony does anal in her personal life, she doesn't do it in movies. "I do enjoy it but I don't want to do it on film yet," she says. "But my intrigue level is to where I think it would be really hot on film. So I'm getting ready to make that move. But I wanted to pace myself to where I make sure I'm good at everything first before I step into a new thing. But I do enjoy it."
Anthony was about to do a scene with Tyler Faith, noting that they had never worked before prior to this.
"And she's one of my closest friends so it's kind of funny to be put in this situation," says Anthony. "But I find her very hot, very sexy and very attractive. I'm really looking forward to it."

Regan Nation Goes Wild-Life

Today Regan shot for the AVN nominated series "Screw My Wife Please" today's shoot for for episode # 52. Imagine a series going that long. Regan did a boy/girl scene with male talent and award winner, Otto Bauer. The scent took place in Beverly Hills and the crew was great. There was this little squirrelly dude , I think he was the PA on set because he is the one that took the copies of our I.D.'s, but I am not sure because I did not see him do much else except try all the girls for Blow Jobs... Hummmm sounds like good work if you can get it.
This is the first time Regan has shot for the Wildlife people and Bobby Rinaldi seemed pleased with the scene. Our old friend Dave Cummings was the host of the video and as always he was full of stories and, you gotta love the guy. He's old but he's fun. Regan Anthony Hosts KSEX Radio

Regan Anthony hosted the All About Austyn show today in Burbank California. The KSEX Radio show www.ksexradio.com is hosted usually by Adam and Eve Contract Star Austyn Moore , but this week Austyn is in Florida doing some relaxing after shooting her latest feature all week last week, I told you Regan's roll in this movie in a earlier post, I believe the movie will be called Snatch or Snatched or something like that. It should be out by the first week in January 2006.
Regan and her co-host Tony Batman took the hour and went through the week in the life of Regan, which included her trip to Miami for a dance booking at Tootsies Cabaret, her two movies she completed the week before. Team Tylers "Faith's Fantasies" and the Adam and Eve Movie.
The show also included some callers from Atlanta ( Tripple Dip Jake), Buffalo New York, (DJ Capt. Rob) and Orlando Florida (Uncle Pop Tart).
Batman and Regan Anthony vowed that , if given there own KSEX radio show that there would be weekly calls from all points of the counrty letting the listeners know what sexual stuff was happening in that part of the United States. There was also another spot for Regan's Talking Pussy Travels., A funny bit every time it airs.
It was only an hour long so the show seemed like it was rushed to fit in all of the material but it was a fun hour for all.

A Week at Tootsies Feature House

A week in the Feature House
I recently spent a week with Adult star and Feature Entertainer Regan Anthony in Miami Florida, at the Tootsie's Cabaret where she was performing 21 shows on the same week as Thanksgiving. During the week in Miami at Tootsie's the feature entertainer will stay in The Feature House, accommodations set aside for the features that travel through each week. Toostie's has a different national feature every week of the year all 52 weeks, the only time they don't have a porn star or Feature Dancer on their stage is during a natural disaster, this year two weeks were lost to the hurricanes that passed through the area. The week I was there with Regan there were reports of a tropical storm heading our way, and this is November, but after a few days of predictions, the storm took a turn to the south and passed under Florida instead of through it this time.
After 12 hours on planes and in the airports I arrived with Regan in Hollywood Florida, a close to Miami airport, we had departed for the Los Angeles Airport at 5 in the morning that day, and we finally touched down in Florida at 6 pm Sunday night. This is a full 6 day booking and with travel time and airports they way they are these days, you can figure to be away from home 8 full days. We touched down and made our way to the baggage claim where the Entertainment Manger for Tootsie's Dr Johnny had told me that is where the driver would be waiting. I searched through the paper signs held by all of the limo drivers and almost right away found the Older guy holding the sign with ANTHONY in black letters on it. I inrtoduced myself to him and told him I have your Porn Star here, he was happy to see us, I mean her. He had already held up a porter for us because, the features travel with a lot of stuff. This is a true fact, I remember back 12 hours trying to check in the bags at the LAX airport and having to move items from one bag to another to make the weight of all the bags even so not to accrue an extra "HEAVY" bag charge. It is explained to me that the club pays a certain amount of money for the travel expenses, but that certain amount has not increased in the past 10 years. No inflation rate for the feature business. We found all of the bags and suitcases, there were six in all, and the porter loaded on his cart and we headed to the Limo, on the way we are stopped by the Limo station manager, and Regan is asked if this is her first time in Miami and if she has any EXTRA movies with her. Regan is the kind type, so she reached in her pro-mo bag ( A suitcase filled with Porn DVD's and Naked pictures of Regan) and gave the guy a movie , smiled and as she was walking away stated "Enjoy" When we got to the limo we noticed it was a limo Van. We loaded up tipped the porter and started on our way to the feature house. The driver, his name escapes me, maybe because when he told me what it was, my ears were still popping and ringing from all of the landings I just went through to ger here, Asked what we wanted to drink, we had a choice of Beer, Scotch, and Water.. Regan and I both opted for the scotch and water, not a regular bar call for either of us but at the time it was a good taste. We made our way to the house and I unloaded the bags, the driver wanted only to have a signed porn from Regan and that was his tip. He then handed us two boxes of macaroni and Cheese, he stated that we could cook it up in the microwave at the Feature house and that way would not have to go out of the house if we got hungry. A very nice thought. We checked in with the club and went in the house to end our trip from Los Angeles to Miami.
It's Monday and Dr. Johnny come by to explain all the rules of the club and the booking. Tootsie's has more rules for the feature than most clubs that has features, but the rules are not to restrict the shows they are to make the shows more entertaining. Regan will have a personal assistant during her week and tonight the guys mane is Kurt, his job is to make sure the show music is in the DJ booth a half hour before each show is to start and have Regan in the club waiting when it is time for her to go on stage, Monday's schedule is 6:30, 10:30 and 12:30. Three different shows, Regan's job is to entertain the small humdrum Monday night crowd. The first show saw only a few customers paying attention and tips were scarce. Regan danced as a little girl to girlie music and tried to make the dozen or so stripclub pardons have fun with her on stage. It was not to be, it was Monday night it was early in the night and this week needed to be revved up, this was only the first few revolutions in an naked engine that should be humming at full speed by the end of the week, but still it was Monday and the reality of that kicked in about two minutes into the show. Regan went through all of the dance moves, stripped out of her costume at stratigic times in the show as to reveal more nudity at the proper time on the right beat. It looked good and well thought out, but still it was Monday and all of the nakedness in the room could not change that. One stroke of luck for the night was the fact that Regan had a friend come in, a guy that attends almost all of Regan's shows in any city or state she performs in. Uncle Pop is what she calls him and with the stage action going a bit slow it was a welcome site to see him between shows and after some small talk Uncle Pop and Regan made their way to the VIP Room for the rest of the time between the second to last and last shows.
After the last show of the night Kurt wailed Regan and I back to the Feature House for the last time of the day. Kurt informed us that he was off work tomorrow and that our assistant would be Christian, the two of them would be rotating days off and on doing the job as Features assistant. So far Regan likes Kurt because he brings her prizes from the uptime dances that happen right after the feature show. Let me explain the prizes to you. At Tootsies after the feature is finished performing on stage the club gives each house dancer a PRIZE to take with them and this prize is for the customer that buys a dance with them during this special promotion. Sometimes the guys get so into their dance they get from one of the hot girls of Tootsies, and there are plenty of hot girls here, that they either forget the prize or just don't feel like holding it the rest of the night, so they leave them and each time this happens Kurt scoops them up and brings them to Regan, this is an amusing game because the value of the prizes is next to nothing but the prize itself is the amusing part. You never know what the prize is going to be, last night they had binoculars, duffel Bags, and Wine decanters on the menu. We got a few of the dufflebags to take with us, SEE...Features travel with a lot of stuff above, I am sure we will have an extra suitcase of Stuff before the week is over in Miami.
Tuesday began for me at about two in the afternoon, for some reason all the traveling caught up with the crew and we slept all day. With coffee at 2:30pm to start the day, it was clear that day two in Miami was going to begin when Regan's first show at 6:30pm. No store, no shopping, no picking up the things we needed for Regan's shows. It was a wake up and go to the club day, I am sure it happened to many others the same way. There was a knock at the door right before 6pm , when the door opened there was Christian, Regan's assistant for the day, he was there to pick up the music for the show and the show details that must be written out before every show. I handed Christian the CD and the paper I had just finished filling out seconds before he arrived. It seemed like five minutes later Christian was back to walk Regan and I to the club for the first show. A small crowd but bigger than the day before, progress I guess. Tonight's themes would be a Race themed show, Mulon Rouge show with a hooker twist, and a Spanish/Latin themed show that went over well with the South Florida crowd and all the girls in the room were shaking those Latin asses like it was a holiday. A good way to end the night.
Day three began earlier than day two, a walk from the Feature house to the store a block away was refreshing, its nice to do things other than the club during the day. I met a girl last night in the club that I had know back in the Tampa Florida days of my career. She says the same thing most of the stuck girls say, Man I would love to come to Los Angeles and shoot some movies, it might be better than coming in and stripping day after day after day. I tell the girls with the right person behind them, the porn industry could be a good experience for them, as long as they understand that it about sex and sex is the business. Maybe 2 out of 100 times I hear the story, I want to get out of here and try something else, from the girls in the clubs do they actually really want to leave. It's Thanksgiving Eve and at dusk the traffic around the Feature House is intense, the is a highway traffic jam on the little two lane road in front of the house. The club is busy early and we are informed that the scheduled three shows tonight have been changed to four. It feels like a weekend all night long and a row had to be cleared for Regan to get to the stage, the tips are flying everywhere and the Holiday Eve crowd seems to be in a good mood. Regan hit them with her shows in a variety of ways. First a lotion show, then Cooter ball, where if you can throw a dollar bill in a cup between her legs you win a free porn movie, the front of the stage is packed with SHOOTERS. Then it's polaroids from the stage with Regan sitting on top of the customer, and then the finale show. The famous ride for five, where for five dollars the customer , guy or girl, lays on stage and Regan climbs on and gives a Mini Nude dance in front of the rest of the crowd, the lines formed early and time ran out before every taker got their turn, but judging by their huge applause and a laundry basket full of tips. Everyone had a good time. Just another day here in the feature house, Thanksgiving is officially here and it just marks the halfway point of Regans contract with the club, three more days to go including the big turkey day.
Thanksgiving came with a quietness, the street , the club and the cars were scarce. I walked to the club around 3 in the afternoon to see if there were any Turkey dinners left and the find out if the scheduled 6:30pm show was going to be pushed back to a later time , so all of the holiday travelers had time to make their way to the club after the obligatory family meeting. I found some thanksgiving leftovers on a buffet table in the club, but since this was my only outlet for a holiday meal, I scooped up two plates of food for Regan and myself. I asked the manager if the shows would begin at 10:30 tonight and go late since there would be a crowd by then, and I was informed that they would have to let me know later. You have to understand that Tootsies had a ridgid schedule for the shows their Feature act does and it is all planned out even down to the amount of time the feature will sit in the back room waiting for her introduction. But hey they have been doing this for years and a system is meant to be followed, every time, thus the reason we call it a system. I was sure that since one of the shows on Thanksgiving was performed the night before, (A much busier night) and there were now only three show and not four, that there would not be a 6:30pm show on Thanksgiving. It was the slowest time of the entire Holiday weekend, the holiday was actually in progress, people were home eating with their family's. Around five that night our Holiday assistant, a new guy for us, Ryan , stop's by the feature house and informs us that the 6:30 pm show will go on as planned and that the 2:30AM show would be deleted ? Ryan was explaining to me how everything was going to work and when he was going to be at the feature house to pick up Regan and I, and I began to think , it's Thursday, Regan has completed 10 different feature shows this week and we are being briefed on how it was all going to work? It was not Ryan's error that he was laying down the law to us halfway through our week, he has been programmed by the system in place and that is the way it is, no waver, no tilt, no straying from the line. We get ready, hit the club on time and pop out of the back for the first show, Regan is pumped in the zone that you must get in to make yourself appear exciting, the door opens, and bam, A very quiet collection of a few dozen poor no turkey eating drinkers. I could actually hear the air whisking out of Regan's gusto as she made her way from the back to the stage. When Regan hit the stage, she danced her ass off, went through all of the moves, smiled with conviction, threw out free posters, and made it loud and wild for a handful of seconds, but only for herself, the customers were quiet and judging by the small wad of dollars after the show, they were not in the mood to be entertained. We made it throughout the night with no events to tell, but after the last show while at the table signing autographs, Regan and I noticed the club getting busy, and then arounf one in the morning it was full again just like a normal night, but at that time all of the shows were over. It was almost nice that the evening was a slow on for us. My friend ICE from the Tampa DeJavu stopped in and talked with me for a while. Regan's customer and Regan Nation follower Uncle Don made his way in for a few of the shows, he drove from Orlando Florida. So the night was alright with us, we missed the fixings and the Pumpkin Pie, but it was day four in the feature house and it was what it was no more no less.
The weekend has finally arrived and everyone is excited about the massive crowd that will be in the club for the entire two day maylay. Regan has eight shows to perform over the two days and the stage should be packed for every one of them. Friday came in a hurry and even the 6:30 show had a mass of people in the club, but after seeing the wildness of the later shows I was sure the early show was just a warm up. Regan did four different stage games throughout the night. It all depended on what show you were there for, one show you got a Polaroid with Regan sitting on you naked, another you got to try to win some porn by landing a rolled up dollar bill on her back, you could stick your tip to her after she lotioned heself up on stage, but the biggest one was the last one where the more money you threw the more she would play with her toy, that all I can report on that one without spoiling the surprise of seeing it live. Curt was our assistant for the night and he kept us in good spirits throughout the evening. It is good to stop and laugh when there is a lot going on around you. Uncle Don came in to watch the shows again tonight and after the last show Regan and I ordered some food from the waitress with the pretty eyes and took it back to the feature house. After eating and unrolling hundreds of balled up dollar bills it was 6 in the morning and time for some sleep.
Saturday was a tuff night, things were rushed and the four shows went fast, after the final show we packed up the bags and went to a hotel for Sunday because we could not fly back to Los Angeles untill Monday morning and the next feature was on her way to the Feature House, it just never stops.
ANd there you go, my week at the Feature House, I hope to go back there soon, In a way , I will miss the place.

My First Time with Adam & Eve

Yesterday in a Hollywood location, in a house on a very steep hill, I shot my first scene for a company I have wanted to work for since I made the move to Los Angeles, A couple of my good friends work for them as contract girls. Austyn Moore and Carmen Luvana. After hearing those two names you have probably guessed the company, Adam & Eve.
The shoot was a boy/girl scene for the new Austyn Moore movie, that I believe will be released by the time the big AVN convention begins. My scene was with Jerry ,the second time I have worked with this guy, the first time was over at a Hustler shoot for Desperate House Whores 4. The scene went excellent, it was quick hot. This is for a feature movie and we knock out the scene in no time.
It was fun to hang out with my friend Austyn and I also met Lauren Phoenix for the first time, she is a cool woman and I hope to do more things with her soon.
All in all the day was a big success, I was very happy with the scene but more important, the director was very happy with the scene.

Just Shot for Team Tyler Productions

I just finished my first Girl/Girl scene since I have been here in Los Angeles. I come out here with the notion of doing 50% of my scenes in the Bi sexual manner but in the past four months after around 20 different scenes, this is my first girl/ girl movie. The movie is titled Faith's Fantasies and is a dream sequence type of movie.. I play a traffic cop and get to do a hot scene with Tyler Faith. It was a blast and I had a great day. The movie also stars Rebecca Love, Mari Possa, Sondra Romain and a few other I can't remember right now. Wankus directed and Batman was PA on the set. All I can say for now is that you will never look at a knight stick the same way ever again. I will let you know when it comes out so everyone can get a copy...
